Update: New appointment software

Update: New appointment software

We had training scheduled for the new software on 30th March but unfortuantely this was cancelled at short notice. This has meant that our move to the new software has been delayed. However, we are aiming to be up-and-running by the end of next week (6th/7th April).

This means that the changes to our online services will also be delayed. Once we have a firm date for switching to the new services we will update you here. Until then, please continue to use the current service.

Important Patient Notice: Change to practice appointment software

Important Patient Notice: Change to practice appointment software

Switchover period: 30th March-3rd April

New system fully operational: from 3rd April

It is possible that you may experience some disruption during this time as we get used to the new system and smooth out any wrinkles. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and would appreciate your patience and understanding while we adjust.

This will also change the way we send appointment reminder text messages, but we aim to continue to deliver these services without interruption.

It you are registered for online services, you will need to collect new registration details from our recpetion desk in order to conitune booking appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions online from 3rd April. Please bring photo ID with you when collecting these new registration details.

Dr Parrott's retirement gift from his patients

Our patients were very generous in their donations towards a retirement gift for Dr Parrott - with the money collected we were able to get him a very special pen to take pride of place in his collection.

Thank you very much for every contribution. We apologise for not updating you with this information sooner - this was an oversight on our part.

Practice Training Session Friday 20th January afternoon

Practice Training Session Friday 20th January afternoon

On the afternoon of Friday 20th January we will be holding a training session for the whole practice. This means that there will be some changes to our service on this day. However, we will remain open: we will still be taking calls and dealing with queries/bookings at the front desk, and we will have GP appointments available for any patients who need to be seen.
